Welcome to Pine Hill Barns! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of our products, including custom sheds, chicken coops, and other farm-related structures. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Products & Services
Pine Hill Barns designs, builds, and sells high-quality outdoor structures for residential and agricultural use. All products are built to order or sold as-is, depending on customer selection. You agree to use our products in accordance with local regulations and intended use guidelines.
2. Orders, Payments & Delivery
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
A deposit may be required to begin construction on custom structures.
Final payment is due upon delivery or as otherwise agreed upon.
Delivery and installation services are available in select areas and are subject to scheduling and site readiness.
You are responsible for ensuring proper site access and compliance with local zoning or permitting requirements.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Custom-built structures are non-refundable once delivered unless otherwise agreed upon. Pre-built or standard items may be eligible for return or exchange – Contact Us for full details.
4. Warranty
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Most products come with a limited warranty covering structural defects. Warranty terms vary by product and will be outlined in your purchase agreement or invoice.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Pine Hill Barns and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.
6. SMS Marketing & Communications
By providing your phone number during a purchase, inquiry, or opt-in form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Pine Hill Barns. These may include order updates, delivery scheduling, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or by contacting us directly at info@pinehillbarns.com.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pine Hill Barns shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the item or service in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state(s) where Pine Hill Barns operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Rent-to-Own Program
Pine Hill Barns offers a Rent-to-Own (RTO) financing option on select products with terms ranging from 12 to 60 months.
RTO is subject to approval and may require a down payment.
Ownership transfers to the customer only after the final payment is made.
Early payoff options are available without penalty.
Late payments may result in fees and possible repossession of the structure.
Customers must maintain the structure in good condition throughout the term.
Please refer to your individual RTO agreement for full details, including payment schedule, applicable taxes, and cancellation policies.
